The AI Assistant demo
This site embeds a live, working version of our AI Assistant so you can try it yourself. When you use it, here's what happens:
Sent to Anthropic (the maker of the Claude AI model that powers the assistant) to generate a reply. Anthropic processes this under its standard data retention terms (typically around 30 days) and may see the content of your message.
If you use the microphone, your audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription, processed via Deepgram's EU infrastructure, with model-improvement data sharing switched off — Deepgram does not use your audio to train its models.
If you use the built-in dosage, drops, cost, bottle or pet calculators inside the demo, those answers are used only to work out the result shown to you. They never leave your browser and are not stored or sent anywhere.
This is a demo environment for showing the technology to prospective clients. Please don't enter real personal or sensitive information into the demo chat.
The CBD Tracker App demo
This site also lets you open a working demo of our white-label CBD Tracker App (dose logging, mood & sleep tracking, reminders, achievements). Here's what happens to that data:
Stored locally in your browser only. This information is never sent to our servers and we cannot see it.
If you enable reminders, a small amount of technical data is sent to our server to make that possible: a device identifier, your timezone, your chosen reminder times, and the push notification keys needed to deliver them. This does not include any of your dose, mood, sleep or health information.
Contact form
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply to your enquiry. This is processed via Netlify Forms and stored by us to follow up with you. We don't use this information for anything beyond responding to your enquiry, unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.
Cookies
This site uses only essential, functional cookies needed to operate the AI Assistant demo and the contact form. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on aipoweredcbd.com.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example, contact form submissions). Since dose, mood, and sleep data from the Tracker App demo is stored only in your own browser, you can clear this at any time yourself by clearing your browser's site data — we don't hold a copy to delete. To exercise any other rights, contact info@purecbd4u.com.
